I'm a petite woman but have long fingers. North Face helped me with an easy exchange. I live in Alaska and while the gloves have a nice look, I'm afraid they don't seem like they'll be warm. Perhaps I should have opted for the puffy gloves, but these have a nice sleek fit and will work well for hiking.
