Unusable Within A Month

I ordered this for my husband for Christmas, after one month of being set up and in use, it has sprung a leak at the seam and no longer holds water. The water somehow got in between the lining layers, I believe when it froze it then busted the seams. We were very excited about the cost and ease of use with this item, but are quickly disappointed by fact that it is now unusable. The return and replacement policy from the chill pod does not offer any help or remedy to the solution. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Great Product For The Price

I love my ice pod! I've used it almost every other day. I'm 6'2"/200 lbs and I fit just fine in it. I am a little leery of the PVC pipe holdings. I think one has already pulled the binding apart but I'll get with the Ice Pod company and work it out. All in all a great product I highly recommend. OH...it disassembles so you can travel with it!! Game changer!

Our Family Loves Ice Baths!!

My family and I have long appreciated ice plunges, utilizing my bathtub or taking advantage of snowfall in Arkansas. We are now equipped with our own pod and eagerly anticipate utilizing it. We have used the pod a few times and love it.

The Ice Pod Has Been So Helpful

Setup is easy and it keeps the water cold. I may add some other accessories but this is perfect for a beginner like me.

The Build Quality Of The Pod Is Definitely Good

The build quality of the pod is definitely good. I have mine setup in my shower so I don’t have to deal maintenance outside. It does a good job maintaining water temp. The reusable ice bags help but you’ll need at least 6 to get the dusted water temp or substitute with ice. Cold immersion has help my knees I have meniscus tears in both and diminished cartilage on my tibia. Being a first responder has taken its toll on my body but cold immersion has helped immensely.

It works exactly as advertised, holding the cold temperature perfectly for excellent performance and recovery every single time. It's a great tool and purchase for anyone, athlete or not, looking to improve every day performance.

Very compact but still efficient. You can control the temperature with floating thermometer. It's sturdy, but still be careful when getting out with frozen limbs :D

Dicks needs better quality assurance people how to ship something in this condition!? Some of ir clearly not even in the box that someone just threw in the shipping nox with it!? Seriously what is going on there!? I need to return it now; what a wonderful experience
