I bought this for using while training for a marathon because I left my roller at home. This says to use sitting down, but I found it so much better using standing up. Great on the foot!

I use foam rollers for my back, legs, hips and shoulders. I mistakenly bought this foot roller, thinking that it was larger. I’m very glad I made that mistake. It has worked wonders on my sore feet and poor arches.
