Sad - it disconnects every time - one powerdot and then the other - I have done all the requested things - reinstall app - reset devices - have just emailed off support - not happy - sadly beware!

Great Tool, But Comes With Bugs
On the technical side, I think this product is amazing. The different programs, the powerful tensions, it’s clearly a professionally designed and built tool. Unfortunately it only works through an app that isn’t that well designed, and the phone keeps losing connectivity to the device. If you look at reviews it’s apparent that something is wrong because the device will lose connection to the phone roughly 6-7 times out of 10 programs you’ll run. However, since the programme is actually sent to the device, you can mostly ignore this detail and let it do its job
