I've used our thermacell products (we have both types) in areas with tons of mosquitos (north Idaho) and outdoors in the summer. You can literally see a wall of mosquitos just at the edges of coverage but within - nothing. We even took it to the south island of New Zealand to help with the sandflies. It was amazing. Noticeable reduction in # of mosquitoes, especially if you allow it to run for about 15 minutes before you need it. It won't eliminate 100% of the buggers, but it's a big help.
