Not Working

I charged it for a good 3 hours, followed instructions but it is not turning on, I plan to call support

It Works!

We tried the unit while setting up a swing set for our grandchildren. The mosquitoes were abundant before turning Thermacell on, then within minutes we weren't bothered by a single mosquito for hours.

Convenient & Effective

Easy to set up. Convenient pods. No messy sprays or candles. Mosquitos are very minimal while using the Thermacell unit. Pods replacements are a little pricey, but well worth it.

It Actually Works!

I own the smaller camping size unit from Thermacell, but it wasn’t very effective for use on my backyard patio. I took a chance on this larger unit, and to my surprise, not a mosquito in sight! I’m looking forward to trying this while camping.

Easy To Use

This is easy to use. It is my second ThermaCELL product. I got this one for the charging base and usb c so that way it matched all my other items and didn't need a micro usb cable

The box stated it has a 36 hour refill included . Unfortunately there is in in the box, it came with a 12 hour

Hard to read serial number. My granddaughter had to come over to read it for me.

Great Value

Sarah Michelle is the only thing I found so far that actually does what it says it's going to do and repels the mosquitoes I really like doing still products and will continue to use them

Battery Life

I'm not sure that I'm getting a full 6 hours out of the battery. On the other hand, when it clicks off while I am sitting outside, the mosquitoes start to swarm me within minutes - which at least proves how effective the repellent is.

Great Product

I love it, we have a neighbor who doesn't put chemicals in his pool and its a swamp for mosquitoes. This works wonderfully
