Travelled Thailand, Not One Bite
My daughter always gets bit. Makes travelling uncomfortable. I used this having dinner in a field between rice paddies and a lake. Bugs everywhere but not one bite. Everyone at the event ordered one. Worked amazingly well.

This Helps A Lot!
Living on the water in SW Florida, we've tried lots of insect repellents. This device has helped the most and lasted the longest. I turn it on in the boat in the evenings to keep the mosquitos and no-see-ums from swarming us. Last weekend I forgot it because it was recharging in the garage. Boy, did I regret it. Three sleepless nights and one tube of hydrocortisone later, I've ordered a second device so we can alternate them; one on the boat, and one on the charger. I do wish the EX series used usb-C instead of micro, but I tried the EL55 and it stopped working after being caught out in the rain.

Doesn’t Work At All
I am setting on my patio with thermacell under my chair and I have video of mosquitos landing on my foot not two feet from unit. Have had it over a year and never noticed it helping. This is not a bad mosquito area either

Thermacell Are Wonderful
Great item. Been using several different thermacell for years and years. Don’t know how I lived without them
