My Ebike Came Off This Rack!!!

Two Specialized Vados here. Had this rack one year. Difficult to jockey bikes into position so pedals and handlebars don't tangle and hit frames. Clamps do not close entirely around frame and despite being tightened and locked both bikes loosened up several times. Luckily we noticed and pulled over to retighten. The last time this happened my bike hit the pavement and was dragged. The only thing keeping it on the rack were the ratchet straps. Completely ruined the handlebar, shift and brake assembly.

This is our second Thule bike rack. It is well built and easy to install and use. And it is secure with its high quality locks. The ramp helps if loading heavier bikes or if the bike is difficult for one to pick up. Rack is more expensive then some but worth it.

Bought it in 2017 no problem whatever had two road bikes. Did around 38000 km with it attach in the back of my fithwheel. But know getting older bought two electric bike with fat tires. The strap are not long enough will try to get 4 new one from my store.

Just bought the Thule EasyFold rack, and it exceeded my expectations. It’s so easy to use, beautifully designed, and compact. I also love that there are 3 contact points that can be locked with one key, and the bikes can be tilted so that you can get into the trunk of your car. Our 2 Evelo Galaxy 500’s fit great on this rack. I doubt any other rack would be better than this one. I highly recommend buying one.
