While the product is well made, it is a flawed design. My prior Thule roof rack was a simple and sturdy design - the feet permanently connected to the crossbars with four simple bolts. The rack then connected to my car's fixed points with four Allen bolts. The rack went on and came off in a few minutes, making it versatile and easy to deploy when needed. The current fixed point rack requires fully seven steps to attach each corner of the rack to the car. If you leave the rack on permanently, this is not an issue - but if you only deploy the rack when needed, it is time consuming to attach and remove. A terrible redesign by Thule.
Easy to install hard to remove sounds like it’s gunna break or get worn out trying to pop it off.

Gentleman that helped me was exceptional I wish I could remember his name right now, the one thing I wish I would have asked them for was the locks on these fixed points so that I can lock them down hopefully to hear back from you guys soon

Installation was straight forward, and the material looks and feels high quality!

My original foot holders had lost their rubber coatings. Whine I asked about warranty I was told I needed the receipt. These were gifts presented to me 5-6 years ago. I was told without a receipt you could not help. This was confusing. They are clearly marked with your branding, the receipt should not matter. I was disappointed. Also need help with installation. Directions were not clear.

Fit and install were great. Caution with over fighting the feet, they have a torque setting don’t over tighten or will but undue pressure/deform the plastic roof trim surrounding the cleats. 54 bar are recommended but the two from cleats are further apart by about 2 inches compared to the 3rd clear over the rear. They fit but with very little over hang. Would prob go with the longest aero bars (60)
This works great with a 2023 Lexus Rx350. Thule's guide for which components to get for your car worked well (even given I sourced the parts from different stores in order to meet a travel deadline), and I found the instructions sufficiently clear to assemble myself. I've found everything much more solidly built than with competitor Yakima, where a Yakima rooftop box once came apart on me at 60mph on the freeway. So, time will tell, but I've completed a 1,000 mile roadtrip with everything (Thule roof rack system and a Thule Motion) and I'm happy.

This is my second Thule Roof Rack, the first is for the other car. The roof rack is well built, the only issue it that the new design has left the opening under the cross-rails that makes the roof rack noisier that the old version. This issue should have been addressed by Thule by providing some rubber inserts to fill in the gap to make the roof rack quitter.

Easy to put in yourself. Make the rack very secure as it bolted to your car. Great directions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to install with the instructions given by Thule. There is some whistling coming from evo bars, so I would recommend a wind guard. Especially if you have a moon roof.

I ordered a new roof rack for my 2023 Toyota Highlander. I had to get the Fixpoint Evo feet and foot pack but my bars and locks were still good from my 2010 Highlander. Delivery was quick and assembly was a breeze. No wind noise, great looking set up and looks like it could have come with the car. Thank you Thule. Keep up the great work.

System was fairly easy to install, looks great, no noise. This is a great rail system. Adds a great look to the Scooby as well. Very happy with this Rack. I look forward to getting a Roof Tent for Camping this season.

Very sturdy and if you don’t mind the sound of roaring wind whilst driving, I did read reviews and knew that buying this type. I wasn’t shopping for aerodynamics I was looking for durability, These handle more weight and I am about to be traveling to Alaska. Thule definitely has the quality products, also for different needs. My bars are slightly bent or “curved “ I should say ! I thought they were damaged during shipping, but when I took out the second one it was the same. I didn’t notice any of the powder coating chipped off so I assumed it was done during manufacturing. Make sure you get the right set up for what you need. I would recommend 100%

This was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She sent me an email w/the link to the item so all I had to do was order it. She just told me yesterday that she had installed this item on her car and that the instructions to do so were easy to follow & understand. She will get plenty of use from this as she hauls her kayak back-and-forth to the river.
