Not Idea For 2 Kayaks

Used this rack to pick up 2 kayaks and the 2nd one that was not on the J-rack was able to roll since the straps that wrap up and under the cross bar do not have an upright in the middle of it to prevent the straps from sliding across the bar ultimately allowing the kayak to rotate from being on its side to sitting upright. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND for 2 Kayaks

Sleek And Gets The Job Done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a beginner and bought this to carry two kayaks without needing a second carrier. Overall pretty easy to install. No loud noises while on the highway. One downside: the strap keeper is flimsy as it broke during an initial incorrect attempt to install. However, the strap keeper is only a convenience but not having it doesn’t affect the performance of the product. Also, if carrying a second kayak I recommend getting foam blocks to avoid excessive rubbing on the roof rack itself.
