Nice Rack!
I bought this about a month ago. It was very easy to install. It comes fully assembled, which was unexpected but fully welcomed. Mounting the bikes to the rack is very easy. The only thing downside is I wish theres was a little more room for bmx bikes with pegs. They fit, but it was a little tough. Otherwise this is a very solid rack. I would buy again.

Love It… Great Portability, Quality, Versatility
I got the Thule Outpace to use with the latest JackRabbit bike and then realized that it works great for all JackRabbits and my mountain bike too. Since the JackRabbit MG Doble is 52 lbs and folds, it can fit inside a car but throwing it on a rack like the Outpace is quite convenient. And then when not using it, the Outpace folds flat in a smart way to stow away compactly. I love how it fits both hitch sizes and that it is tool-less to install and has nice lock features built in. Super smart design and solid build. Love it! If you use lightweight e-bikes or mountain and road bikes that all weigh less than 55lbs (as all should) then I don’t know why you’d bother using a bigger, heavier, non-folding rack. The Outpace is all you need! Photos show the JackRabbit MG Doble and XG Pro bikes on it. I also verified that the smallest JackRabbit OG2 fits well too. Photo also shows it folded up and tiny in my SUV trunk.

Easy To Set Up And Use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The OutPace is super easy to use and feels really solid once it’s set up. There’s barely any wobble, even when you’re driving over rough roads, which is impressive. It’s clearly built well and doesn’t take much effort to load or secure everything. I like that it folds up cleanly when not in use, too — small detail, but it makes a difference. The design feels really thought-out, and you can tell Thule paid attention to all the things that make using it simple day-to-day.

Love The Rack, Love The Much Lighter Weight!
I just got this rack and absolutely love it. The bike rides great with no wobbling around. The rack is compact, light and can even just drop in the trunk. It's literally 1/3 the weight and 1/2 the size of my prior 2 bike rack. The ONLY issue that I have is the hitch bar could have been 1" longer between the hitch pin and the hinge mechanism. It hits my bumper when folded up! BE SURE TO TEST FIT ONE if possible!! and FOLD IT UP!

No Instructions
Would it kill these people to provide instructions that include words. Pictures and video without only music isn’t helpful. I won’t buy another Thule product unless they actually provide instructions with words. I’ve wasted a lot of time trying to figure out how to use their product and still haven’t figure it out completely.

Nice Lightweight Option
This rack is lightweight, compatible and easy to store. I like the option of 2 hitch sizes built in. Use once so far, on a 2 inch hitch. No significant issues. A bit of rattle with bikes secured. I can store it in the back of my vehicle with no issues.

Lightweight, Compact Bike Rack That Packs A Punch!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you haul bikes regularly, you know how quickly a “simple” rack can turn into a headache. The Thule OutPace makes that problem disappear. Sleek, solid, and thoughtfully designed, it gets your bikes from driveway to trailhead without the hassle. Compact and lightweight yet impressively capable, it feels like the perfect solution for riders who want security and stability without dealing with a bulky rack. I’ve tried a few hitch racks, and most either wobbled over time, were too heavy, or scuffed up my bikes. The OutPace is simple to use, easy to move and store, and solid no matter if I’m cruising pavement or bumping down a gravel road.

Arm Doesn't Reach Seatpost On 51cm Frame
As the title states, the arm on this rack does not reach the seat post on my 51cm frame, forcing me to secure the bike to my carbon frame which is NOT preferable. If Thule designed a telescoping arm I believe this could be easily avoided. I would have not purchased this rack had I known this beforehand.

Easy To Install And Use, No Rattle At All
I am a single person and not mechanically skilled at all. I already have a trunk rack I can't figure out. I wanted a hitch rack but didn't want to spend too much on a rack I would only use periodically. At the same time, I wanted a rack that would be extremely easy to use by myself with no rattles that would worry me while I'm driving. I originally looked at less expensive options but they all had at least some negative reviews such as the rack was too complicated, rattled, or was cumbersome. I fortunately was able to splurge on the Outpace and am very glad I did. It is insanely easy to install and also very easy to add my bike. I drove 6 or so hours on highways this weekend and the rack did not shake, rattle or roll one millimeter. Neither did the bike--it was completely snug. I was so happy every time I looked in my rear view mirror. I used the tilt-away function a lot and it worked great. The only downside is that the rack is too close to my bumper to fold up, so check the specs if you care about that. I asked Thule about using a hitch extender and they said because this model is so new, they have not tested it with a hitch extender yet so using one would void my warranty. Fortunately, this rack is light enough and easy enough to remove if needed. My only question is whether the rubber strap will hold up over time, but I'll have to wait to see. I never thought I could fall in love with a bike rack but the Outpace is really fantastic.
