Just “Alright” -For The Price Point
I’ve been using this bag for about a month for my daily commute to work. Overall, It does the job, but there are a few things I don’t love. 1. First thing first, the nutria color is not as displayed in product images. Instead of a brown/khaki it is more military green. 2. Already (within a month) the chest strap has broken. I anticipated Thule would use better components but the plastic buckles and clips are not solidly constructed. I didn’t yank or pull or anything, the buckle just broke. 3. Walking less than a mile in light drizzle was enough to put its weather resistance to the test. Having specifically bought this for walking in Seattle, I’m a tad disappointed. 4. The metro card pocket on the shoulder strap is inconveniently placed and not the best to access. I end up using the discreet side pocket for this purpose now. Summary: I like the size, aesthetic and pouches/pockets overall, and it is very comfortable. I am disappointed with material quality and color.

Overall, An Amazing Purchase
I bought this backpack about a month ago, and it has exceeded my expectations. It's spacious, surprisingly comfortable, and well-designed. The material feels high-quality and durable, with plenty of pockets for organization. I carry two laptops daily, and it handles the load without feeling excessively heavy. I even had to test its water resistance—unintentionally—and it passed with flying colors. Everything inside stayed completely dry. The internal organization is excellent, allowing me to pack a lot while keeping things tidy.

Tall And Slim And Difficult To Use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Thule Paramount 24L Backpack is sturdy and made really well. However, I didn’t like how tall and slim it is. It is very difficult to get items in and out of it. I didn’t understand having three ways to get into the backpack main compartment. None of them were easy to use. I use a backpack on a daily basis to tote things around a city. Maybe if I were camping or something this might work well, but I just didn’t like it for my needs. Also, what in the world is with that upper roll thing at the top? Seems excessive and not useful for anything in particular. I like the materials, I like how slim it feels on my back, but I didn’t like having to put things in or take them out. I also didn’t feel like it has enough compartments for what I need daily. As a daily city commuter, I’d take a pass on this one.

Tons Of Space!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the perfect travel/camping bag. I like to see this as an in between for a normal backpack and a hiking/camping bag. It’s is so spacious you can fill all your things and still have room. Has tons of organization built in with multiple pockets in each opening. I love how lightweight it is, as well as durable. The sleek design is what will get me to use it any chance I get!

Top Notch Backpack
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a teacher so I haul this to school and back in complete comfort. I also love to travel and will be packing this up for my trip to NYC. It takes backpack to a new level and is worth every single penny. All of the compartments are well thought out and I can store it all in this bag. Travels ahoy!!
