This backpack goes above and beyond with out looking cluttered you can look around the entire bag and few if any stiches are visible all the sipees gots something from having the zipper string coming off everything about this bag has been thought through and I love it the bag can fit my lunch box and can hang in my locker.

Perfect Bag For Folks Under 6’1”
This bag is great. Narrow enough to not interfere w pedaling. Extremely quick pannier to back pack. But — the straps are great for a person 5’5”, they are too short for someone over 6’— in the summer when we are wearing minimalist jerseys, it’s fine. But winter when you are wearing something bulky, the straps need a few extra inches for tall folks.

Love The Design But Broke On Day 1
I was worried about the ease which the hooks seem to release so took some care to make it feel secure. Within 3 km the hooks disengaged twice. The first time rolling over a pedestrian crossing ramp the strap kept it on the bike and I was able to stop and correct it. The second time I was going down a hill, hit an asphalt bump from a root and I couldn’t stop in time. It started hitting the ground, spinning and getting tangled in the wheel as it twisted around the lower strap. The hook failed and broke. The strap broke. It damaged my fender and bent a few spokes. Was able to convert it to a backpack and get to work but I’m returning this. Loved the storage, layout, ease of conversion, comfort, and definitely protected my laptop, but I have no trust in this hook system.

Bag Ripped In First Week
Was so excited for this bag but it ripped within the first week of use. Disappointed.
