Long Haul Trucker
I have had one installed on my bike, dead centre on my bars, for 6 years and use it multiple times per week. What you see is what you get. It is functional. It is solid. It keeps the phone protected & very secure. It also takes a fair amount of handlebar space. I have added an accessory bar on which I've put my bell, light, basic bike computer. It does not require any modification of, or anything attached to, your phone. Points of contact with the phone are rubberized. Two mechanisms for securing the phone; squeeze bars (clamp) + elastic holder. The phone is not going anywhere. It can take abuse without breaking.

The most secure I've felt with a phone on a bike. 4 stars cause it's slightly bulky and also screwdrivers should not have any business around a bicycle. Also love that I can rotate it and watch videos when I'm on my trainer. Also, why don't you sell replacement rubber? I think more colors or just extending the life of the product would be so helpful.

I bought one of these a couple years back and the other day one of the sliding arms bent from wear and tear. My problem is that I am unable to replace just the broken part, and had to buy a whole new unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as a gift for my wife bike. It didn't fit the handle bars...to big for bars. We used a little electrical tape to beef them up. She hasn't used it yet.

The only negative thing about the holder is the fact that it is bulky. Other than that, i do recommend this holder which is secure, easy to install and use.

I purchased this to use on a bike which is mostly used around town and sometimes on lighter trails in the South. The holder doesn't work very well for certain phones, you can't adjust how the phone sits based on where the buttons are. Additionally, while my phone is standard size, doubt this would stretch enough for plus sized phones. Overall, not worth the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Keeps my phone safely mounted on bike. I used to keep it in my pocket. Sometimes it would fall out. This is much safer for the rider. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Attached this to my mountain bike so I could track both on-road and off-road rides using my phone (ended up using the MapMyRide app). Very easy to install and holds my iPhone 11 Max really well. Its bulkier than something like a Quadlock mount but doesn't require a special case. I would definitely buy again.

Fits tightly to handlebar & holds my iPhone 11 Max Pro firmly

The mount is listed as "compatible with virtually any smartphone." Not exactly the case. The mount has grips on the sides and is meant to have the phone centered. The elastic holds it in place. Great if you have no buttons in the middle of the phone, not so great if there are buttons there. Pixel 2 and Galaxy 8/9 will not work.

Picture assembly instructions were not always easy to follow

This fits my iPhone 7 plus in the Otterbox defender case perfectly. The swivel design is great to spin the phone into landscape view so as to watch Netflix or Hulu when I have my bike mounted on the trainer.

not sure if i have the install correctly, instructions are weak, there is a butterfly nut with a black bolt but not sure where it is to be installed? I expect if i get some feedback on where this goes it should work well?

Great futuristic styling with perfectly tailored functionality for my iPhone 6s Plus. No cons I am totally satisfied so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this item over a month ago. Nice design and is easy to use while riding. But, after a few weeks, the arms that retain the phone fractured while I was attempting to answer a call while taking an afternoon ride. Release button jammed during this process. Would recommend only with a warning -- don't answer phone while riding. Stop completely and be gentle with with the release button.
