Excellent first impression. Got this as space upgrade from the carry-on. I traveled around the world for two years with this bag and matching backpack. I'd say I put about 50k miles on it, about six long trips total with the big guy. Wheel housing snapped at the base at the end of a previous trip, so it had a tilt to my final job of the year. Still functioned as a drag-style bag but I was hoping it would last a little longer for the price.

Disappointed
I really like Thule products but tubs suitcase is disappointing. The zipper sticks on one end of the bag and is very difficult to open/close. It’s possible it’s a manufacturing defect as opposed to quality, but I’m not sure.

Quality Is Outstanding As Are The Looks
We've taken 3 trips with our new Thule luggage and are very impressed. I have never invested in quality luggage before even though we travel a fair amount for business and pleasure. I just always bought some combo set from a warehouse store and used them till they wore out or broke. Sometimes that didn't take too long. This is obviously not going to be the case with our new Thule products. Extremely well built and awesome looks! The spinners practically push themselves they glide so smoothly. The backpacks and boarding bags are cavernous. They all have so many great features and storage options. Thule quality has me convinced that good luggage is worth the investment.

Best Luggage Ever!
I've never invested in quality luggage before. Though we travel regularly, I would just purchase a new set from a warehouse store and use them till they wore out. Sometimes that wasn't very long. The Thule products we got have changed my view. In the Subterra line we have two 25" spinners, one 22" spinner, a backpack and a boarding bag. In the Aleon line we have a 22" spinner, backpack and a boarding bag. This stuff is fantastic! We've used it for 3 trips in a short period of time and we love it all. The spinners glide through the airports easier than any bag I've ever used. They all stack and nest nicely and they have tons of neat pockets and features. These items should last forever based on the way they are built plus I know Thule will be there if I need them. Couldn't be happier with our investment.
