Great Product Overall!

We are very satisfied with this bike rack. It takes a bit of time to assemble (included information is not clear so better go to youtube for more detail). Once assembled, it's easy to put on and off the car, even if it's a bit heavy. The wheels on the rack facilitate moving around the rack. The only downside for us is that the Integrated cable lock to lock bikes to the rack is not long enough for electric bikes. So it is a useless feature for us. It would be a good design improvement for the next generation of racks. I would give the rack a 5 stars if it wasn't for this.
