Great hat, especially if on sale! Just be cautious of sizing, may be best to try in in person or make sure there is a good return policy just in case it doesn't fit. Sizes can vary even within the same size.

Comfortable

Lightweight And Great Style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like a lot of weight on my head because I suffer from chronic migraines. I love how much sun protection this hat offers for so little weight. I also love the structure of the hat. I had another brand hat that was lightweight, but it was very floppy. It just didn't hold any kind of shape. I have had other hats with nice structure, but it was a lot of weight on my head. This is a great combination of structure in a lightweight package.

I bought this hat well over a year ago and it is great. I even have another one in olive. It is NOT made in China, but by our next door neighbor Canada! Even though the brass rivets that hold the straps in place tarnished due to sweat due to constant use, Tilley gladly replaced them at no charge and told me how to clean the brass. Great customer service with an 800 number. customer service with an 800 number if you should have any questions

I bought this hat last fall. It does not breath. I thought it would breath but it does not. Material is very water and sweat resistant so sweat runs down your face into your eyes. If you hike hard and/or it is hot this hat is not good. If it is cold out, it is just fine.
