Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way to HEAVY! I've been wearing these boots in the cold for the last 3 years now, they're very heavy and I dread wearing them. I wear size 14 and they feel like I have lead bricks strapped to my heels. When moving or running is a must my knee and ankle joints feel like they're getting ripped right out of their sockets. I originally bought these boots because I was looking for a good pair of boots that I could work in and not worry about them fall apart / wear out to fast like my previous boots did. They've stayed together longer than my other boots did but instead of the boots falling apart it's my joints that are, these boots need to be redesigned and lightened up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Over and above expectations and warranty These new boots replace the 2 years plus that I bought and use in my yard. Most importantly I was out of my warranty. I sent the boots to Timberland and look at the problem. They immediately replace the broken one with a new pair. The problem was that the collar of the boots (both) were falling apart of the main boot core. It is the black part around your heals. It was a real fabrication flaw. Timberland stand behind and above their warranty. My wife and I have other Timberlan boots, and we will continue to buy any of their product because they are honest and responsible company. Nowadays it is not the case of all boots makers. Thanks again. I am sharing that on my facebook with my many friends.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mixed Review Most comfortable boot I've ever owned. I have RLS and these boots have anti-fatigue technology which has helped my RLS immensely. I wish I'd gotten them sooner. Received less than 30 days ago as a gift. Only problem is with the right toe. It appears to have separated from the main boot and the material has bowed inward, causing pressure on the top of my foot. Timberland will refund the price and provide the same discounts that were applied on the original order. Cons: currently, a replacement is not available in my size, so I have to wait. They will not do a backorder; nor will they put me on a list to contact me when they do become available. I will need to constantly check the stock and then reorder them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very comfortable and I love that. I love how comfortable the boot is I'm 300 pounds and I wore them everyday for 12 days 12 hours a day and my feet only hurt once on day 10 but haven't hurt since. The only issues I have with them is on each side of the boots around the toes the sole is coming undone from the boot itself and after three months it shouldn't do that and for the money I paid. So with that being said I will not buy this boot again

Rated 2 out of 5 by from After 1 week of work, the heel is already peeling This is my third set of timberland work boots. The first two lasted roughly 1 year each. I have a physically demanding job, so i need work boots that can keep up. After 1 week in my new timberlands, the rubber on the heel is already tearing off. I don't recommend these as tough work boots.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only lasted 8 months falling apart Shoes wore out after only 8 months very disappointed. Time to search for an new brand boot. Leather ripped and split at Seam where boot glued together. Bolts smell like mold from water getting in from split.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Almost got it Right........... These boots were not cheapo's, in the cash department almost $200.00. I thought they would last at least better part of a year. They started falling apart within 3 months. I am very hard on shoes always have been. I see that I'm not alone with this issue....In the back of the boot where the leather is sewn to vinyl or whatever....These soles are starting to wear also, fall apart around edges and becoming slicks. I feel I got ripped off because I sure haven't got my moneies worth. Other that these 2 flaws its a pretty good boot. Would I buy another pair? Depends on what kind of customer service you have Timberland. .

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs Improved I had high hopes... I'm in maintenance inside a building, average 6 days/week, about 50-60 hrs. In less than 5 months the leather has separated from the soles. Timberland wants me to take them back to where i bought them (an hr away) or send them back to them to be inspected (at my cost, and for an undefined amount of time without a pair of work boots). What a great warranty! Thats not customer service, that's poor workmanship. If a picture of my boots and multiple other reviews saying the exact same thing isn't enough proof, you just lost another customer. Unfortunately besides the very poor customer service, these have been one of the most comfortable boots ive ever worn. They are heavier but the weight doesn't bother me and after 10+ hrs a day, my feet don't hurt, just disappointed that they keep getting wet from where the shoe split. Otherwise a great boot. I guess it was my fault to not read the reviews before buying an expensive boot. Do yourself a favor and buy a different boot.
