Cute Boots
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These boots are really cute, but I didn't love them on my size foot with my tiny ankles. I also felt the tongue of the boot cutting into my ankle when I walked, so I don't think they would be comfortable unless I wore something thick around my ankles. I love the style though and the padding inside is so nice. They are a little heavy to me, but again its probably my ankle to foot ratio. Good quality material and the color is gorgeous, just like the looked online. They run pretty true to side, but I have a wide toe bed. If you have narrow feet you may need to order a half size down. #SWEEPSTAKES

Worst Shopping Experience I've Ever Had
These shoes were very cute, but the fit was uncomfortable for me. I ended up returning them, using a free label from Timberland's website. More than two months later, and I still haven't received a refund. Customer service can't locate my return, and so I'm eating the full cost of these boots. Extremely disappointing--I won't be shopping from Timberland in the future.
