They sent a used club. Nowhere does it say it used. Last time I buy from them. Also a cheap grip on it.

Received Wrong Club, But Dick's Customer Service Came Through

Purchased Tsi1 hybrid, received Tsi2 instead. Called customer service, and while certainly not a smooth experience (it took over an hour on the phone), was finally able to get the correct club sent and the wrong club returned.
