They sent a used club. Nowhere does it say it used. Last time I buy from them. Also a cheap grip on it.

Received Wrong Club, But Dick's Customer Service Came Through
Purchased Tsi1 hybrid, received Tsi2 instead. Called customer service, and while certainly not a smooth experience (it took over an hour on the phone), was finally able to get the correct club sent and the wrong club returned.

Easy To Hit Hybrids
These TSi hybrids are easy to hit, I hit them straight and far. If I can hit them they are easy to hit. They have changed my game...greens are reachable from 200 in with the 4 and 5H.

Tried Several Brands But This Titleist Hybrid Out Performed Them All!
Brought this as a Christmas present! Have played with it once and have not regretted it one bit! Puts my old hybrids to shame.
