I have $20 pending and have been trying to use it for several weeks. The first time I saw it, it said available on 10/13. I went to use it on the 14th and it had changed to 10/20. I went too use it today and now it says 10/27. Will I ever be able to use this $20.00? It is very frustrating. I also lost a $10.00 reward that had expired before I even knew I had it.
