Good Extendable Stick, Less Good Carabiner Holder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finally bought a stick clip. (Used to just make do with a real stick and the bunny ears.) The actual stick part of this is great. Very rigid even at full extension. I was a little upset that I couldn't get the 12' version, but now I'm happy that I have one that will actually fit inside my climbing pack. I'm less jazzed about the carabiner attachment. Even with the ability to adjust the gate holder this doesn't hold the biner very tightly and it can it knocked out way too easily. And I have yet to successfully use this to just clip a rope into an already-hung quickdraw (using the method described in most videos of trying to pin the rope under held carabiner).
