Love This Little Device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like this belay device - it's a very similar idea to the Gri Gri, but smaller, lighter, and with a simpler mechanism. Very easy and positive to use. One thing to note is in climbing gyms often use thicker ropes. They work, but lowering can sometimes be tricky. I occasionally have to feed rope if lowering someone lighter, and it can be touchy to lower someone heavy smoothly. It works up to 10.7mm, but works best at < 10mm.

Great Device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great device. Spent a lot of time researching, really liked the ergonomics and ease of use vs the others. Haven’t used it that much since Covid-19 hit, so far so good!

Good Grigri Alternative

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Feeds well once you get the hang of it. Good lowering action. Catches a fall really well. I had the original back in 2016 and the long wait for the recall was frustrating. But it’s a good belay device and worth the wait.
