Design Change Not As Comfortable/easy To Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using these chairs for probably 20 years and was SO SAD to find that they changed the design slightly so that (1) the seat is angled upwards more (less comfortable when in down position) and (2) the reclining mechanism is MUCH faster with LESS CONTROL over recline speed/angle than in previous models. So instead of being able to slowly recline to just the right position and stay there, now it just reclines all the way back unless you use the brake to stop it in the position you want. Much less control over recline position - this model is way too loose and not nearly as user-friendly. So I sadly had to return it - what a bummer!

Best Quality...don’t Bother With The Knock-offs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a travel chair about 20 years ago and I’m sitting in it now in my front yard. I had to restring the webbing but otherwise it has lasted outlasted the cheap knock off‘s and expensive French versions of this chair. The new one that I just bought from you guys is on my back deck and is doing well. Quality mechanics and grommets in the webbing ensure that this will last a long time.
