Let me preface this review by saying that I love TM hats, and wear them 80% of the time I wear a hat. They generally fit great and are really well made. However, there appears to be a recurring manufacturing defect that really showed itself with one of the 7 hats I just received in my latest order (the in the line up fitted hat). The two vertical seams running on each side of the crown of the hat to the brim, where the seams meet the brim, are not the same distance from the outside edge of the brim (in this case different by over 1/8”). As a result, one side of the hat crown looks normal, and the other side indents badly at the brim and noticeably bows out toward the top of the crown. So the hat looks lopsided and just plain awful when on. I’ve had this happen with a few others, but it has now happened enough and it’s so bad on this hat that I’m now writing this. I will continue to buy TM hats like I always have (I usually just toss the defective hats out or just wear them for sweaty outdoor tasks), but this needs to be addressed. Do better with your quality control bc your stuff really is awesome.
