Too Tight In Arms/ Upper Lat Area

The shirt looks amazing and the fabric is great. I ordered a large and the cut of the shirt is so tight I can barely move my upper body, very restrictive. The next size up and the bottom is super baggy. I’m sort of wondering if the large was actually a mismatched medium. Either way I had to return twice to the scheels I purchased from.
