Nice Foam Roller

I bought this foam roller to help get some stress rolled out of my legs and glutes. It is very firm and not a lot of give but for my muscles it works well. Try it out and see if the firmness is what you like. I will probably also purchase a softer roller for my back as this one does push on my spine a little more because of the firmness. It is a great product but it is firm and you need to know what body part you will use it on to be happy with it.

I like the foam roller very much. It is slightly hard and can’t be used on a few very sensitive areas. I wish it was a bit longer. It is only 18 inches in length. Otherwise it does the trick and probably will hold up well.
