I recently purchased the TriggerPoint foam roller to use following my workouts. It’s easy to use and the information provided shows ways to use the roller in additional to what I originally purchased it for.

Works Like A Charm

Bought to help stretch out back and neck before playing golf - works great - helps with core strengthening as well. I am in my 60's and weigh over 250, but it's very sturdy and handles the weight well.

The Best Foam Roller

I went into this purchase not knowing a thing about foam rollers. I needed something to help me crack and stretch my back. With this one being the only one of two left in stock, I opted for this foam roller because it was the better quality. And boy am I glad I did. I’m 6’1”, 240lbs and I needed a wide roller that could withstand my weight. It did!!! And my back has felt so much better since!
