Great Recovery Tool

This has been a staple in our house for muscle recovery for multiple users. From sore backs from golf to aches in the legs for my XC runner son. It is so much firmer and works far deeper in muscle tissue than standard foam versions.

Post Workout And General Soreness

I started working out again and my hip was killing me. I do have hip dysplasia and my trainer recommended me to use this before and after my workouts at the gym. Well, I decided to purchase one so I could use it at home since it helped so much when I was at the gym. I continued to use it whenever my hip pain flared up again it definitely helps more than taking Advil or pain relievers. Warning though, you definitely have to have to roll right on the area that is the root of the pain. It will seem to hurt more for a bit but then subside. I also use this for my back. This is great for trigger points for your thighs, hips, and back. I am so glad I purchased this! Huge game changer!

Another Necessary Evil To Improve Your Physical Quality Of Life

Great size, both length and girth. Ribs allow for traction. Definitely get the stiffer one, you're just gonna graduate up to it quickly, anyhow.

It Helps A Lot

I get a lot of knots in my upper back due to herniated discs in my cervical spine, this foam roller really helps release that tension that causes me so much pain and discomfort underneath my shoulder blades. The relief will be temporary if you don't address the problem from the root. For regular stress from working out or life this foam roller is great.
