Bye Bye Back Pain

I pulled my back moving furniture sometime in March. Since then, I’ve been in awful pain. Btw, I’m an in shape guy, 27 years old. It felt like it was never going away for months and months. I got this ball about 2 months ago. It didn’t appear to be working at first because I probably wasn’t using it right. When I first starting using it appropriately (doing stretches with it and rolling the affected area up and down with it), my lower back pain is gone! Power Button So Big

The only issue I have with the ball is that it needs to be rolled from a certain path otherwise you might accidentally roll on the power button and turn off the vibration. This issue was better resolved with Hypesphere balls by making the power button very small.
