Not Worth The Money

This massage ball works fine but it's overpriced. I feel like a tennis ball would be just as useful.

Who Knew? A Great Item

A trainer of mine several years ago suggested a trigger point ball for areas that are difficult to target with a foam roller. I thought about just getting a tennis ball. I didn't think this little ball could be so beneficial, but it most certainly has been. I've used it on the side of my shoulder and around my shoulder blades in my back. The ball has different colors of foam that give a little more than others. You can target the pressure differently depending on how you position the ball.
