Delivery And Customer Service A Terrible Experience

So far the treadmill is okay. It creaks, the display that features distance doesn’t work. The delivery experience was awful. Our window for delivery was 11-2. Nobody would let us know when or why we were delayed. I missed my daughter’s basketball game. They delivery finally arrived around 7pm. There’s also a piece of the frame that wasn’t installed correctly. Nobody will get back to us about fixing the distance display, the creak, or the plastic part of the base that is hanging off. We have called at least 5 times and everytime we are assured somebody will contact us within 48 hours.
