This product is a waste of money .The same day the trampoline was installed the springs popped out and the mat is paper thin . I literally purchased this two days ago.

I bought a SportsPower Trampoline from Dicks in November of 2020 to be planned for use in spring when the snow had melted. Started assembling in Spring and realized two of the caps were defective (one had the hole situated wrong and it cracked, the other cap didn't go down far enough on the pole). Called SportsPower 4 times over 2 weeks, left a message each time and no response. Tried emailing and also no response. You cannot work with zero. I did ask Dicks about what I could do and they did provide a gift card for my dissatisfaction, which I will then use to buy equivalent parts somewhere else. I highly recommend that Dicks carry a new supplier of trampolines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] whole family are in love With this trampoline. Was delivered on time, It came wrapped really good in two large boxes. It comes with everything you could need. It took my husband 1 hour to put it together. Super good quality! Very bouncy and holds good weight. And I believe will last our family for a very long time. This one was the best I could find in a normal price range and it's been wonderful! We are very happy with this trampoline My kids are enjoying it would highly recommend it!

SUPER easy to set up (even set up as 1 person). Shipping, packing, etc were fine. The trampoline or springs, though, are a bit weak. Not sure which it is. I'm going to try and get new (tighter) springs. It seems a bit loose and not a TON of bounce. Maybe this is intentional and how trampolines are supposed to be nowadays. :)

Came with missing springs. I've tried contacting the customer service by email and phone for over a week but with no response (voicemail is full and can't even leave a message)! I finally just decided to buy additional springs from another vendor. There is no bounce to the trampoline and I thought it was because we are missing 4 springs but after reading the other reviews I'm afraid that with the new springs it won't get any better! My kids are young and don't really have experience with other trampolines so they don't notice how little bounce there is but I'm super disappointed in the quality and complete lack of customer service! I want my money back but have no idea how to get a refund. Do NOT buy this trampoline!!!

We set this up, looks great, easy to set up, we have put together 2 prior tamps in the past, BUT this one has NO bounce to it. The matt actually is not tight, sags. I am calling Mfgr. and hope there is a fix..........

This product is very poor. After 2 days of jumping the mat is loose and the springs are stretched. I've contacted the company by phone to find the mailbox is full. I emailed the company over a week ago regarding the issues and have not heard a word. Getting ready to dispute this with my credit card company.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh, who am I kidding? I'm having fun too! Set this up a couple of weekends ago, and every chance the kids have they our out bouncing on this thing. (It's a great way for my youngest to burn off some of that extra energy as well) This came in 2 boxes, and be warned, the box with all the poles in it is VERY heavy, so you may want to have a dolly to move it all at once if you are not in the mood to make several trips moving pole pieces. Construction was straight forward using simple hand tools. Make sure you allow yourself ample time for assembly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this trampoline is really good. The assembly process was not too bad, took me just over two hours to assemble. The provided instructions are clear and easy to follow. Nothing is complicated about the assembly but there are lots of pieces and repetitive steps. If the kids are excited about getting onto the trampoline, there are lots of steps you can have the kids help out with My son was excited to help and even more excited using it after we were done. I like all the safety features this trampoline has, the netting, the covers over the springs. Overall this is a good size trampoline for any home. My two kids, 10 and 8 year old, have really enjoyed using it. It is big and can accommodate the nephews when they come over. Best thing ever for the kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 3 kids ages almost 11, 9 and 7...they absolutely love getting on the trampoline and just bouncing the day away. I really appreciate how sturdy and we'll built this is. The safety net also adds peace of mind. Putting it together is a challenge but wasn't as bad as I imagined it to be. I love that the kids want to go outside and use this, anything to get them off screen time is a huge plus for us.

I love all the safety features, like the safety net enclosure, which seems very strong and sturdy. The padded poles to protect from bumps, and the extra padding around the springs, to avoid pinching. The 14ft size is perfect for multiple children to jump at the same time with plenty of room. No complaints!

With me and my husband putting it together, assembly was fairly easy. The kids absolutely love it and I absolutely love that as a family we can have fun AND burn calories while doing so!! So all and all, the kids AND the adults in this house LOVE our Tru-jump!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The trujump 14ft trampoline with classic 6 pole enclosure went together easily as the instructions are well worded the mat and enclosure net are made of great quality there is a spring puller to help make pulling the springs easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My whole family absolutely loves this trampoline! It is a great size and is very sturdy. It provides hours of great fun and exercise! I love the safety enclosure too. It keeps my children from bouncing off of the trampoline. Thus is a great addition to any backyard!
