we had it set up, the poles were very loose. the trampoline mat was very loose, we couldn't jump at all and had to return it and get our money back. they couldn't replace it. SUCKS!

Just What We Needed!
This was very easy to put together for myself and my 2 and 5 year old. It was shipped early which was great. The kids use it all the time and we have had up to 5 jumping on it at once (all we under the age of 5) and it had plenty of room for them all. We also picked up a ladder separately and I would highly suggest that as well.

Wish It Came With A Ladder!!
Great trampoline only wish it had a ladder. Dicks sporting goods customer service was top notch!!!
