This product is a waste of money .The same day the trampoline was installed the springs popped out and the mat is paper thin . I literally purchased this two days ago.

Better Hope All Your Parts Work, Because You Won't Be Getting Any Customer Service From The Manufacturer
I bought a SportsPower Trampoline from Dicks in November of 2020 to be planned for use in spring when the snow had melted. Started assembling in Spring and realized two of the caps were defective (one had the hole situated wrong and it cracked, the other cap didn't go down far enough on the pole). Called SportsPower 4 times over 2 weeks, left a message each time and no response. Tried emailing and also no response. You cannot work with zero. I did ask Dicks about what I could do and they did provide a gift card for my dissatisfaction, which I will then use to buy equivalent parts somewhere else. I highly recommend that Dicks carry a new supplier of trampolines.

Great Family Trampoline
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] whole family are in love With this trampoline. Was delivered on time, It came wrapped really good in two large boxes. It comes with everything you could need. It took my husband 1 hour to put it together. Super good quality! Very bouncy and holds good weight. And I believe will last our family for a very long time. This one was the best I could find in a normal price range and it's been wonderful! We are very happy with this trampoline My kids are enjoying it would highly recommend it!

Pretty Good Trampoline
SUPER easy to set up (even set up as 1 person). Shipping, packing, etc were fine. The trampoline or springs, though, are a bit weak. Not sure which it is. I'm going to try and get new (tighter) springs. It seems a bit loose and not a TON of bounce. Maybe this is intentional and how trampolines are supposed to be nowadays. :)

Miss Parts, No Bounce, And No Customer Service
Came with missing springs. I've tried contacting the customer service by email and phone for over a week but with no response (voicemail is full and can't even leave a message)! I finally just decided to buy additional springs from another vendor. There is no bounce to the trampoline and I thought it was because we are missing 4 springs but after reading the other reviews I'm afraid that with the new springs it won't get any better! My kids are young and don't really have experience with other trampolines so they don't notice how little bounce there is but I'm super disappointed in the quality and complete lack of customer service! I want my money back but have no idea how to get a refund. Do NOT buy this trampoline!!!
