very good balanced combo quality materials at an excellent price

Capable Reel But You Might Want More Rod.

Good value for this combo but the rod is rated for up to one ounce lures only. It may leave you wanting for more casting capabilities but the reel can be equipped with 35lb braided line. Great for general surf fishing. We had a good time catching Northern Kingfish with it.
