Way To Small!

My son is 11 yrs old. 95lbs. I bought size 24. I assumed that was the waist size. they look more like 24 months! couldn't get them past his calves. They are suppose to be tight but he couldn't begin to get them on.

These run very small. My son is right in the middle of the size chart for the 24 and it was much too small. I had to purchase the 26 and there is not room for growth.
