Difficult To Put On, Straps Super Long

Liked that you could adjust the fit as needed with the straps, but it was so hard to put it on trying not to get tangled in the straps, but at the same time trying to make sure they didn’t come out of the loops when I put it on. Too much effort just to get it on. Had to return. Otherwise seemed like good quality, and it was pretty cute. Got the teal color.
