I ordered these for my daughter and they arrived in a very used state. Paid full price for worn in shoes. The toe was scuffed up and the fur not flufffy or soft and has tons of pilling.

Didn't Know What Was Going On
I was on their website and was planning on purchasing the Kids Tasman Slippers in the color Sand but they were sold out in my size so I signed up for the waitlist and hadn't received any emails so I went to their website to see if they had restocked but it turned out that color was completely gone from the website in the kid's size I was trying to find out when and if they would ever restock but couldn't. Would really appreciate some clarification before I decide to get a different color!
