I Received Used Shoes!!!!!
I just received my package an hour ago and I couldn’t believe what I saw. They sent me a used shoes!!! No original packaging on top of that. I’m so disappointed. I will never buy anything from this store again!

Dick’s Comes Through For A Win!!!
We bought my daughter the platform ultra mini Uggs for Xmas. She decided she’d rather have the ultra minis original height instead. We could not find them anywhere!!! I did one last search 2 weeks after Xmas and I found that Dick’s carries the exact color and size we were looking for. We were on a list to be notified from other places when they would be back in stock…needless to say we would still be waiting. My teenage daughter was thrilled to have them shipped to us within 2 days of ordering. Thank you Dick’s!!!
