Very Cute

My daughter asked for these for Christmas and Santa came through for her. They're cute and fashionable in my opinion, She thinks they're very comfortable. If she's happy, Santa's happy.

Stylish

These Uggs are sooo adorable and cute and did I mention stylish!!! My new go to uggs.

A Little Disappointed

I just received my new Uggs Lomel shoes, but I can't figure out the double laces. They are knotted at the end for a more casual slip on look, but they are more loose than the picture shoes which makes it look sloppy like it should be tied. When I tried unknotting them, I was able to tie them in a knot, but not a bow. I called Dick's who I purchased them through, and she said they are meant to be worn knotted, but suggested pulling out the tongue, and using a small rubber band underneath the tongue to tie the laces together. This does not make sense to me, and I shouldn't have to go through all that trouble even if I had small rubber bands. I have tried contacting Ugg, but I am always on hold for a long period of time or the call gets disconnected. Sny suggestions?
