Still Waiting For My Order From December
I ordered these December 8th the one and only thing my daughter wanted for Christmas I’ve called with customer service showed them all the proof they promised to send them then emailed me and told me they were sent I waited another month nothing comes then they tell me I’m getting a refund I tell them no thank you I don’t want a refund I want the shoes my daughter has been waiting on since December I’ve never expiernced such a rude level of customer service how hard is it to just send what I ordered ? Thank god I screen shot all the proof of the order and payment and shipping and saved all the emails be careful ordering from here you may never get your order because I’m still waiting ….. and now the ones I ordered aren’t in stock anymore which was these but platform ones I would take these instead anything to make it up to my daughter. Again be careful keep proof of your order even though it won’t do you any good, imagine such a huge company ripping someone off for a pair of shoes ruining a kids Christmas. And the lady they tell you to email Lucia she is no help she lied said she sent them then when I sent her 10 more emails she said I could get a refund Jesus I just want the shoes I ordered.

Very Soft And Comfortable
I bought these a few weeks ago and have worn them a handful of times. At first they were tight on the top of my foot but loosened up with wear. I originally ordered a size 7 which is what I wear but needed to exchange for a size 8.
