The rod showed up to my house in 2 pieces! Had to drive 30 miles to Dicks to return and get another rod. Customer service at Dicks in Daly City were very accommodating. Found another rod but not an Ugly Stick

Quick Shipping, Poor Packaging

Bought an UglyStik Carbon bait casting rod. It shipped and arrived quickly, but beware! It came loose in a big flimzy box with zero packing, no bubble wrap, just flopping around in a crushed box. I dodged a bullet and it was OK, but I'll never order anything like this from Dicks again.
