Cannot Get Lid Unscrewed
Love this cup except for one thing. At the end of my work day, I cannot get the lid unscrewed! It doesn't matter if it's had hot or cold liquid in it. I assume it's suction but don't understand. Have to wait for husband to get home to open it and he struggles to unscrew it even using a rubber gripper. I threw it away two days ago but retrieved it because I missed it. The struggle is real!

Perfect Size & Love How The Lid Works
This is my new favorite insulated tumbler! I love how you can drink from any location with this lid. It keeps things nice and hot or cold whatever you prefer. Very nice rubber grip. Love the colors. It’s awesome!
