Breathable And Good Padding

Bought this for rugby and on a hot day playing a full match it never got too hot and definitely helped make the hits a bit softer. I feel like the barrier adds a bit of confidence to make tackles and take contact.

Little Pricey But Satisfied

Be aware it is a compression shirt. Whatever size shirt you wear by that size. I would say it's a perfect fit. Nice protection on the sides, and doesn't shift around stays in place. Lighter more comfortable form of a rib cage for football. Also has a pad that protects the middle of your spine when bending to help prevent injury, that's definitely a plus. The shoulder pads are in the perfect spot and makes wearing shoulder pads more comfortable.
