Terrible Mouth Guard

Bought this mouthguard for my daughter he found the directions and it literally rolled up in a ball and we couldn't get it undone. We waited and put it back in water again. It was completely ruined and it was supposed to taste like lemonade and all I did was taste like chemicals, and they wouldn't let me return it

I took out of the package and read the instructions, once I tested the water with the 3M strip I placed the guard into the water and after sixty seconds it melted.
