These spikless track flats have nice narrow heel width so you don’t twist your ankle on uneven terrain. Just what I wanted. No more clunky geriatric sneakers. They weigh absolutely nothing.

Exceeded expectations. They are light as a feather, IMO, and as a speed individual I enjoy feeling as if there isn't any additional weight on my feet. I was also not expecting them to be effective on grass, but they were. A+

Shoe has great grip on grass and is extremely comfortable and lightweight.

Ultimate XC running shoe

Even better than generation one of theses. I use them to run outside … side of the road and road and they are fantastic as a multi function shoe on different surfaces. Super light weight and flexible
