I got this backpack so that I could hit the gym after work. Fits my airpods, 40oz water bottle, weight belt, chalk, knee sleeves, plus some shorts and a workout shirt + lifting shoes. As you can see the bottl sticks out but I don’t mind, it’s a snug fit and the bottle has never fallen out.

Perfect Backpack
This backpack has ALL the pockets for things. I love the 2 roomy water bottle holders on each side and the inside pockets in the main backpack area. There are also pockets outside that are perfect for keys, phones etc
