Sent Me Wrong Shoe Twice

Bought the teal shoe online for my daughter, but the shoe arrived in the wrong color (darker blue and black). Returned it in store and worked with a manager to order the teal shoe again online since they didn’t have the teal shoe in stock in her size. Shoe arrived in the wrong color again! Called customer service and turns out they ran out of the teal shoe, which is why they kept sending me a shoe of the same style, wrong color. Was very disappointed and we ultimately never got the shoe we ordered twice.

Great Shoes

My kid loved them and he is super picky about shoes. Fit well, true to size. Not sure about durability, as we have only had them a few weeks, but they seem solid.
